The AE Techron 7224 is a DC plus audio bandwidth AC signal source that can be used to simulate ripple, noise, drop outs, surges and ground as required by a variety of standards for DC powered electronics in the military, aviation and automotive industries.

The 7224 is recognized by Ford Motor Company for use in CS2009 EMC testing; specifically, for Radiated Immunity measurements for Sections RI 140 and RI 150, and Conducted Immunity measurements for CI 210, CI 230 and CI 260.

The 7224 is a 4-quadrant power amplifier that offers the features of larger industrial amplifiers in a small, 2U size that runs from a single-phase, 120/230VAC source.

The 7224 has the bandwidth and power needed for audio bandwidth Conducted and Radiated Immunity tests found in MIL STD 1275D, MIL STD 461, CO 160, SAE J1113-2, ISO 16750, General Motors GMW3172, and Chrysler CS-11809.
