3110 - The 3110 is a simple-to-use yet powerful standards waveform generator. It comes with an extensive library of tests for many automotive and aviation Standards. It can be combined with other AE Techron products to quickly create a wide range of powerful and intelligent EMC test solutions.

7000 SERIES

7224

7224 - The 7224 power amplifier offers the power and features of larger industrial amplifiers in a small, 2U size that runs from single phase 120/230VAC. It features DC - 300 kHz bandwidth, controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of operation and has a wide range of field configurable options. The 7224 is typically used to create waveforms found in EMC standards like CS2009, DO-160, MIL STD 461, and as a gradient amplifier for very small bore, high-gain MRI and NMR systems.

7548

7548 - The 7548 power amplifier offers up to 100 Ap power, DC - 100 kHz bandwidth, controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of Operation, in a compact 5U size. The 7548 works best with loads of 2 ohms or more. For greater voltage (up to 750Vp) or current, units can be combined in series or parallel. Typically used as a gradient amplifier in small bore, high gain MRI systems of up to 100 Ap per axis and to reproduce waveforms found in EMC standards like MIL 704.

7794

7794 - The 7794 is a powerful four-quadrant amplifierand battery simulator that can be used to reproduce various DC waveforms required by testing Standards for military, aviation and the automotive industry. It is designed to be used as a battery substitute for transient immunity testing requiring a battery and can produce up to 60A continuous at 13.8 VDC. It offers a 200A in-rush current capability and, when combined in multiples, can provide an in-rush current of up to 800A.

7796

7796 - The 7796 power amplifier offers up to 200 Ap power, DC - 100 kHz bandwidth, and controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of operation. The 7796 works best into loads of 2 ohms or less. For greater voltage or current (up to 800 Ap) units can be combined in parallel or series. Typically used as a gradient amplifier in small bore, high gain MRI systems of up to 200 Ap per axis and to reproduce waveforms found in EMC standards like MIL STD 1275, MIL STD 461, DO160, and ATIS-0600315.2007.

2100 SERIES

2105

2105 - The 2105 is a high-power, DC-enabled linear amplifier and integrated power supply that offers a wide bandwidth and exceptional control of drift and distortion. The 2105 functions as a voltage or current source and operates using single-phase power, making it ideal for use in the lab or classroom. Its linear design provides a very-low noise floor and fast current rise times. Because the 2105 has no ripple noise, no synching with the console is required.

RLY SERIES

7212

7212 - The 7212 is a 4-quadrant power amplifier that was created to meet the exacting requirements of the power utility industry. It features a low noise floor, very fast slew rate and a 113V RMS potential. The 7212 can be combined to form a 3-phase Y voltage source, and has a wide range of field-configurable options. The 7212 with "P" option offers even lower output offset, DC drift and better gain linearity than the base unit.

7224RLY

7224RLY - The 7224RLYwas created to meet the demanding requirements of the power utility industry. Capable of outputting a 40 mSec pulse with up to 52 amperes peak current, the 7224RLY is powerful enough to put protection relays, fuses and other critical components through a full range of tests. It can be used in combination with test sets or in conjunction with digital real time power system network simulators, (like OPAL-RT and RTDS). The low noise floor, low distortion and minimal phase error of the 7224RLY make it the ideal amplifier for power grid modeling.

7548RLY

7548RLY - The 7548RLY is a single channel, current source, power amplifier that can be used in combination with test sets or in conjunction with digital real time power system network simulators, (like OPAL-RT and RTDS). The 7548RLY amplifier can be combined to form three phase systems for testing of Protection Relays, it offers up to 100 Ap power, DC - 10 kHz bandwidth, all in a compact 5U size.

7796RLY

7796RLY - The 77968RLY is a single channel, current source, power amplifier that can be used in combination with test sets or in conjunction with digital real time power system network simulators, (like OPAL-RT and RTDS). The 7796RLY amplifier can be combined to form three phase systems for testing of Protection Relays, it offers up to 200 Ap power, and DC - 10 kHz bandwidth.

T SERIES

T1000

T1000 - The T1000 transformer was designed to exceed the AF Magnetic Field susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 19 and Boeing D6-16050-5 Section 7.7.2. It may also be used as a 10-to-1 step-down transformer for output currents of up to 100ARMS.

 

T2000

T2000 - The T2000 transformer was designed to meet or exceed the LF conducted susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 18. The T2000 is used to apply the required test signals to the lines under test for ripple voltage tests and continuous or transient conducted immunity tests. It may also be used as a 2-to-1 step-down transformer. The secondary can support up to 60ARMS.

T3700

T3700 - The T3700 transformer was designed to exceed the AF Magnetic Field susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 19 and Boeing D6-16050-5 Section 7.7. It may also be used as a 1-to-37 step-up transformer for voltages of up to 3700V.

TELECOM TEST SYSTEMS

4301

4301 - The 4301 Series Telecom Test Systems  have been specially designed for EMC testing of network telecommun-ications equipment and are the best systems available for producing the waveforms required for transient voltage measurements as described in GR-1089 Section 10 and ATIS-0600315.2007.

The 4301 is designed to work with a standard arbitrary wave form generator or signal source that can be triggered. The system can be ordered with an optional Fluke 281 arbitrary waveform generator, which comes pre-programmed and integrated into the 4301 system.
