Standards Waveform Generator

The 3110 is a simple-to-use yet powerful standards waveform generator. It comes with an extensive library of tests for many automotive and industrial Standards. Tests can be modified and saved for future use in the 3110's library, which has the space to store more than 300,000 tests. The 3110 can be combined with other AE Techron products to quickly create a wide range of powerful and intelligent EMC test solutions.

Power Amplifier & Bettery Simulator

The 7224 power amplifier offers the power and features of larger industrial amplifiers in a small, 2U size that runs from single phase 120/230VAC. It features a DC to 400 kHz small-signal bandwidth, controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of operation and has a wide range of field configurable options. It offers up to 900 watts RMS power output at 20 kHz, and can output 16A of DC power continuously at 13.5 VDC.

Power Amplifier & Battery Simulator

The 7226 power amplifier provides exceptional versatility and value. It features a DC to 600 kHz small-signal bandwidth and up to two times the long-term power of the 7224 at frequencies above 40 kHz. It provides very low noise and very fast slew rates, and can safely drive a wide range of resistive, inductive loads.

 

 

7228

Power Amplifier & Battery Simulator

The 7228 power amplifier is a 1-kVA, DC-enabled unit that provides advanced protection and exceptional versatility. It features a DC to 1 MHz bandwidth and up to four times the long-term power of the 7224 at frequencies above 100 kHz. Back-panel switches allow the 7228 to be configured by the user for high-voltage/low-current, medium voltage and current, or low-voltage/high-current applications. Residual noise, slew rate, and gain linearity have all been improved over the 7224 model.

Power Amplifier

The 7548 power amplifier offers up to 100 Ap power, DC - 100 kHz bandwidth, controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of Operation, in a compact 5U size. The 7548 works best with loads of 2 ohms or more. For greater voltage (up to 750Vp) or current, units can be combined in series or parallel. It is typically used to reproduce waveforms found in EMC standards like MIL 704.

Power Amplifier & Battery Simulator

The 7794 is a powerful four-quadrant amplifier and battery simulator that can be used to reproduce various DC waveforms required by testing Standards for military, aviation and the automotive industry. It is designed to be used as a battery substitute for transient immunity testing requiring a battery and can produce up to 60A continuous at 13.8 VDC. It offers a 200A in-rush current capability and, when combined in multiples, can provide an in-rush current of up to 800A.

The 7796 power amplifier offers up to 200 Ap power, DC - 100 kHz bandwidth, and controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of operation. The 7796 works best into loads of 2 ohms or less. For greater voltage or current (up to 800 Ap) units can be combined in parallel or series. Typically used as a gradient amplifier in small bore, high gain MRI systems of up to 200 Ap per axis and to reproduce waveforms found in EMC standards like MIL STD 1275, MIL STD 461, DO160, and ATIS-0600315.2007.

Telecom Test System

The 4301 series of telecom test systems were designed to meet the requirements for high-current GR-1089 Section 10 / ATIS-0600315.2007 testing. The systems are capable of either the combined waveform/single measurement or multiple waveforms/multiple measurements methods as described in the standards. The 4301-60 is capable of slew rates of up to 60 V/µs and can provide up to 60A of DC at ±50 VDC and can provide pulses of up to 200A at voltages of up to ±100V.

Telecom Test System

The 4301 series of telecom test systems were designed to meet the requirements for high-current GR-1089 Section 10 / ATIS-0600315.2007 testing. The systems are capable of either the combined waveform/single measurement or multiple waveforms/multiple measurements methods as described in the standards. The 4301-120 is capable of slew rates of up to 60 V/µs and can provide up to 120A of DC at ±50 VDC and can provide pulses of up to 400A at voltages of up to ±100V.

Telecom Test System

The 4301 series of telecom test systems were designed to meet the requirements for high-current GR-1089 Section 10 / ATIS-0600315.2007 testing. The systems are capable of either the combined waveform/single measurement or multiple waveforms/multiple measurements methods as described in the standards. The 4301-180 is capable of slew rates of up to 60 V/µs and can provide up to 180A of DC at ±50 VDC and can provide pulses of up to 600A at voltages of up to ±100V.

Telecom Test System

The 4301 series of telecom test systems were designed to meet the requirements for high-current GR-1089 Section 10 / ATIS-0600315.2007 testing. The systems are capable of either the combined waveform/single measurement or multiple waveforms/multiple measurements methods as described in the standards. The 4301-240 is capable of slew rates of up to 60 V/µs and can provide up to 240A of DC at ±50 VDC and can provide pulses of up to 800A at voltages of up to ±100V.

T 1000

Coupling Transformer

The T1000 transformer was designed to exceed the AF Magnetic Field susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 19 and Boeing D6-16050-5 Section 7.7. It may also be used as a 10-to-1 step-down transformer for output currents of up to 100Arms.

 

 

T 2000

Coupling Transformer

The T2000 transformer was designed to meet or exceed the LF conducted susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 18. The T2000 is used to apply the required test signals to the lines under test for ripple voltage tests and continuous or transient conducted immunity tests. It may also be used as a 2-to-1 step-down transformer. The secondary can support up to 40Ap.

 

 

T 3700

Coupling Transformer

The T3700 transformer was designed to exceed the AF Magnetic Field susceptibility test requirements of DO 160 Section 19 and Boeing D6-16050-5 Section 7.7. It may also be used as a 1-to-37 step-up transformer for voltages of up to 3700Vrms.

Transconductance Amplifier

The 7224RLYwas created to meet the demanding requirements of the power utility industry. Capable of outputting a 40 mSec pulse with up to 52 amperes peak current, the 7224RLY is powerful enough to put protection relays, fuses and other critical components through a full range of tests. It can be used in combination with test sets or in conjunction with digital real time power system network simulators, (like OPAL-RT and RTDS). The low noise floor, low distortion and minimal phase error of the 7224RLY make it the ideal amplifier for power grid modeling.

It provides user-selectable current limits, DC blocking and DC servo for transformer based loads and can produce upt to 60Ap of current and up to 160Vp. Series or Parallel systems can be configured remotely or via the back-panel switches.

Power Amplifier

The 7548 is is a 4-quadrant, high-powered unit designed to provide very low noise and fast slew rates. it can operate in either voltage or current mode and features a DC to 100 kHz small-signal bandwidth and a power range of over 3300 watts RMS. A single 7548 has an output capability of 100 Ap and 200 Vp. It can output a 40 mSec pulse with up to 105 Ap current into a 1- ohm load. If more current is needed, amplifiers can be combined in series or parallel and operate as a single system.

7794

Power Amplifier

The 7794 is a powerful fourquadrant amplifier that offers up to 200 Ap power, DC to100 kHz small-signal bandwidth, and controlled-current or controlled-voltage modes of operation. The 7796 works best into loads of 0.5 ohms or less. For greater voltage or current (up to 800 Ap) units can be combined in parallel or series. The 7794 is typically used when large currents are needed to drive very low impedances for long periods of time.
