Be sure to save to backup any software presets you have created before sending your amplifier or PIP card to us. We may need to update the firmware in your product and that will cause all presets to be lost.
Please include your Service Ticket Number on the box or shipping label. Please only send the product to be repaired (amplifier and input card). DO NOT include accessories like manuals, power cords and input/output cables. AE Techron cannot be responsible for the return of these accessories.
It is very important to send your amplifier to us in appropriate packaging.
If possible use the original factory packaging.If that is not possible, please follow the minimum shipping requirements for the shipper you have chosen. If these are not followed and there is damage, there is nothing we can do to help you recover losses from shipping damage.
Please do not use peanuts or other loose packaging materials like crumpled paper or bubble wrap. They will not protect your amplifier. Shipping companies will not pay for damage to amplifiers shipped in this manner.
